Community Rules
1. Boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, semi trucks and non working on non used automobiles
are strictly prohibited.
2. There is no assigned parking. There should be ample parking for all residents but it is offered
on a first come, first served basis.
3. Residents shall keep all vehicles in good operation order with a current valid motor vehicle
license and inspection sticker. Residents may not perform automobile repairs or wash their
vehicles on property.
4. All maintenance requests are to be submitted in writing to the office. Emergency repairs only
will be accepted verbally.
5. The only items allowed on patios or balconies are: live plants, bicycles and outdoor furniture.
6. Only white backed drapes and blinds are allowed in windows. Foil, sheets, blankets and colored
shades are strictly prohibited.
7. Owner / Management does not release information about residents, except in case of an
emergency or when required by law enforcement officials. If you expect someone to be verifying
residency, notify the office in writing.
8. Seasonal decorations are encouraged but must be removed immediately following the related
holiday.
Owner / Manager reserves the right to amend these rules by letter at any time.
